Emily completed her 200hr YTT with Amy Ippoliti in 2015 and has been practicing yoga since 1996. After experiencing significant postpartum depression with her kids and returning to yoga (tearfully and gratefully) with wonderful results mentally, emotionally and physically, the desire to give back to other moms has become the core of all of her work.
