Workouts consist of cardio, calisthenics (using your body weight as resistance), H.I.T (High Intensity Training) and CrossFit.
There’s more to working out than just lifting weights, so I like to mix different exercises together and have fun with it. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, tone up or just feel light on your feet I can help you reach your goals!

Plant-based meal prep plans
Chose either 7 or 14 meals a week all made fresh with a wide range of flavor ensuring you never get bored of what you eat! A carefully crafted menu full of minerals and vitamins you can be sure that not only are you getting a tasty meal but a nutritious one as well! From a Chickpea Tikka Masala Curry to a Mushroom Alfredo Pasta, to BBQ Mushroom Wings, BLT Sandwich, and much much more. Enjoy foods from all around the world! The 7 Meals a week plan is $140 (includes a free watermelon juice) and the 14 Meals a week plan is $280 (includes 2 free watermelon juices)
